Welcome to Pristikleen! We’re excited to provide you with our cleaning services. Before you book with us, we want to make sure you understand our terms and conditions. This outlines the rules and guidelines that apply to our services, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience you everyone. Please take a moment to read through it!

  • Services Provided: We strive to be transparent about what’s included in our packages, so you know exactly what to expect every time we enter your home. Check out our packages under the ‘services’ tab or feel free to contact us today if you have any questions about the services we offer.

  • Booking and Payment: Bookings are made via phone call, text or email after a quote has been sent and agreed on. Invoices will be sent shortly after the service is completed, and payment is expected within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Accepted methods are cash, direct bank transfer or PayPal.

  • Cancellation Policy: Please understand that Pristikleen charges the full amount of your (the client) quote if we receive less than 24 hours notice when you would like to cancel a clean. In the event we are unable to enter your home, we will contact you and wait 15 minutes and if you do not contact in that time, the clean is automatically cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of the quote.

  • Changes To Terms: Pristikleen reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, customers will be notified in the event of any changes.

    Customer Responsibilities

  • Access:
    Customers who choose to have their home cleaned while they are not present are responsible for leaving a key in a secure location, such as a lock box, to ensure our team can access the property safely and efficiently.
    Customers who choose to be present during the cleaning should acknowledge that the process may be loud and could take up most of the house. If you prefer us to work around you, please be aware that the overall cleaning outcome may be reduced.

  • Communication: Inform us of any specific cleaning needs or concerns beforehand. Notify us at least 24 hours prior to booking if you need to reschedule or cancel, to avoid cancellation fee.

  • Health & Safety: Notify us of any potential health and safety hazards in the home (eg. black mould or gastro etc).

  • Payments: Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.
